How much does a 9Box cost?
Our 9Box subscriptions start at just HKD $168 per month. We offer three subscription plans: 1-month, 6-month, and 12-month options. The more you buy, the more you save!
Is 9Box approved for puppies and different dog breeds?
Yes! Our toys and treats are great for dogs 6 months or older, regardless of your pup’s breed or size. For puppies, you can always size up later by contacting our team at happy@9boxhk.com.
Is 9Box customizable?
Absolutely! 9Box offers customizable options to fit your pup's needs and preferences. For example, you can tailor your box based on food sensitivities, play styles, size, breed, and more. After receiving your first box, you can make adjustments to ensure each delivery is perfect for your furry friend.
When will I get my box?
Once we receive your payment, you'll get your first box within 5-8 business days! Enjoy free shipping directly to your home for some fun playtime with your pup. After that, we send out the boxes in the first half of each month, so you should receive them before the 15th.
